스프링 캠프 소집이 2주 가량 남은 상황에서 이제 하퍼/클루버/리얼무토와는 멀어지고 있는 반면, AJ 폴락(A.J Pollack)과의 링크가 떠오르고 있는 상황에서 최근 데이브 로버츠(Dave Roberts) 감독의 인터뷰들을 정리해보면..

최근 The Athletic에서 다저스와 에인절스 두 구단을 전담하고 있는 페드로 모우라 기사에 있는 인터뷰 일부분..

“I do believe, and I know Andrew feels this way, that sometimes changing the pieces a little bit keeps things fresh,” Roberts said. “If you look at our roster going forward in 2019, we did more than we did ahead of 2018. We haven’t added more, but we’ve changed, and I think that’s important. And we’re still not done yet.”

데이브 로버츠 감독은 작년 오프시즌보다는 많은 무브로 로스터의 리툴링을 통해 약간의 변화를 주었지만 아직 끝나지 않았음.

그로부터 며칠 후인 오늘 LA Times의 다저스 전담 기자인 호르헤 카스티요와 인터뷰에서도 같은 입장을 보이는 인터뷰들을 함.

“We have a lot of depth, and to make the trades that we’ve made it allowed for runway for some younger players that need opportunities,” Roberts said Monday morning before serving as grand marshal of the Kingdom Day Parade in Los Angeles. “But I don’t think we’re done.”

우리 뎁스 빵빵, 젊은 선수들 자리 만들어 주기 위해 트레이드 진행함, 그러나 아직 끝났다고 생각하지 않음.

“The left-handed hitters that we have, the defense, with the addition of [Corey] Seager with us, is going to be huge,” Roberts said. “But now to kind of balance out the lineup with a right-handed bat, probably makes it a little better.”

코리의 복귀와 함께 우리 좌타라인은 충분하지만 라인업의 밸런스를 위해 우타자가 있으면 더 좋을 것 같음.

폴락을 언급하지는 않았지만 폴락 루머가 나온 이후의 답변이기에 뭐.. 다만 아직까지는 결정권이 없는 로버츠의 사견 정도,,

그리고.. 

어제 두아르테씨가 또 이빨깠던 스탈링 마르테(Starling Marte)건에 대해 존 헤이먼이 피드백을 했는데..
